No Korean meal is complete without the kimchi. Kimchi served as side dish is popular and well known for the goodness of the fermentation and the nutrients in it. The kimchi here is pretty consistent. Served together with most main meals, there is the complimentary soup which isn’t all that great. I think the meal could still do with or without the soup. But I do like the egg inside the soup. At the end of the day, the soup adds a little moist to the meal.
