The waiter recommended us to try the lala, as he mentioned that they were quite fresh. We agreed, and ordered the kam heong lala. The lala was well fried full of wok hei. There were lots of chilli leaves in it, and the kam heong concoction was very fragrant. It was a bit disconcerting when we discovered that lots of lala meat were missing from the shells, but it seems that they came off while frying, so we found most of them hiding within the sauce. Overall, I quite enjoyed this dish.
