I am glad that RT Pastry invented the new generation of cupcakes, which many people and I myself love a lot The sponge cake is incredibly soft, fluffy and airy. Inside it is some whipped cream. It carries a pleasant taste and aroma from fresh milk, which I think they have added it to the slight yellowish whipped cream. Some icing sugar was dusted on top of it, giving a slightly more sweetish taste to the whole cupcake. Overall it was a beautiful cupcake to look at and delicious for the tummy. On
