It was my first time being at TDH, and what would be a better dish to start with besides their own dish? It is said to be the easiest and probably the greasiest dish on the menu created by none other than Harry when he was on sabbatical in Hawaii 150g of homemade beef patty, tomatoes, onions, grilled pineapple rings (the Hawaiian influence) with melted cheese on top served with fries and green salad on the side. The vegetable itself was not worth mentioning, the fries was just normal. What was worth the highlight was the beef patty. The patty was very flavorful and chunky, though a little dry (which indicates less portion of fat). I enjoyed the patty a lot alongside with the grilled pineapple rings, which was very sweet and contrasted well with the melted cheese on top of the ring and patty.
