Nasi lemak rendangHailam chicken chop with black pepper sauceSince it's the signature dish, I wanted to try the chicken chop with black pepper sauce. It was decent but nothing special about it. I don't see how is it a signature dish. The fries were buttery but the coleslaw was too creamy. The chicken was tasteless if not for the black pepper sauce.The nasi lemak rendang is also nothing to boast about, one thing I like is they gave a whole egg instead and gave quite alot of ikan bilis. Hailam chicken chop with black pepper sauceSince it's the signature dish, I wanted to try the chicken chop with black pepper sauce. It was decent but nothing special about it. I don't see how is it a signature dish. The fries were buttery but the coleslaw was too creamy. The chicken was tasteless if not for the black pepper sauce.
The nasi lemak rendang is also nothing to boast about, one thing I like is they gave a whole egg instead and gave quite alot of ikan bilis. The sambal is not too spicy and the rendang was ok.
