In my opinion, one thing great about the pastas here would be the texture of the spaghetti. Unlike other pasta restaurant, there aren’t any other choices of pasta. Only spaghetti with Japanese combined ingredients. Most spaghetti here comes with creamy sauce of sesame and cream. Then the chef cleverly plays around with a lot of combinations of the few similar ingredients and voila! I tried a few choices out of the many in the menu. If you are a fan of avocado like me, try the kani avocado set.
