Good fries but not so ideal burger

The last time I had Carl's Jr was 3 years ago. Remembered it was good but now that I tried it, it wasn't.The bacon was dry and tough. The beef patty was not moistened. The only thing big was the bread. Overall the burger was dry, unless you add some chilli sauce. The sauce was quite interesting, which is milder version of BBQ sauce.The fries in contrary was very good! Crispy and flavourful on its own. Initially I thought there is 10% discount for KPMGians but I found out that only when you purchase medium or large size. I ordered small
