The Genghis Khan arrived first. It was basically lamb marinated in sweet sauce and slightly peppered. The taste of the lamb was slightly gamey and personally I liked it even though it put off the others in my group. The vegetables were crunchy and I liked them dipped well in the sauce.
We opted to BBQ our own meats as it was more fun and we could easily pinpoint who was the worst cook in the group. Besides cooking your own meat, you can choose to have it medium or rare.
