Fu Yu Kangkung. We always ordered a vegetables dish to balance up the nutrition of the meal. The restaurant was quite packed that night. The fu yu (fermented beancurd) was strong and aromatic, it gave some saltiness to the kangkung. The portion was huge and enough for all of us. The kangkung was soft but the stalk was still crunchy. An above average dish, I could say.
