Fruit tart wrapped with a ribbon. The tart was surrounded by a layer of pastry and topped with lots of fruits i.e strawberry, grapes, dragon fruits, cherry, peach, kiwi and pineapple slices. The pastry layer was thick to hold the tart together. It was soft and powdery. The fruits were all very fresh, coated with a thin layer of jelly that made it shiny. The tart was soft and fluffy, with some cream in between. A sweet delicacies.
