Fried Spaghetti with Pork Fillet is actually a Hong Kong Street Specialty. Meaning if you go to Hong Kong this dish is actually very much the norm on most menus in small roadside stalls and eateries. I'm not sure how authentic this dish is as compared to it's original Hongkie predecessor, as I have never gotten the chance to taste it whenever I visit Hong Kong. But what I can say is.. it's seriously not bad. A tad oily maybe, but still good. The pork fillet is fried perfectly, and the dark soya
