The fried sotong in Kwai Lam is not recommended at all. The sotong was overfried which resulted in a very chewy piece of seafood. The batter was also too hard and tasteless. Dry and unappetising, it was not a good ending to the meal. The fried sotong was served with thai chilli sauce dip, and that made it slightly more palatable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t order this again.
