There is this fried seafood restaurant at Ming Tien which serves relatively delicious food.I ordered the fried lala which is cooked in ginger and spring onion. When it arrived, I was a little disappointed with the size of the lala. It was the mini sized ones, which means the lala meat is also small. Once I started tucking in, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the meat in the lala are still intact, and that I wasn't paying for empty shells.

The lala was fresh, as it does not have any 'fishy' taste or smell. The gravy was full of the lala essence, which makes it very flavourful. However, as we do not have rice to serve with the gravy, I found it to be a little too salty.
Perhaps next time I shall order the this dish only when I have rice to serve with.
