Well, for me I only heard of this famous pau upon joining one friend for one day dedicated to food trail at Tanjugn Sepat, hehe. More than often, this place would always labeled with wide variety of cheap fresh seafood. Anyway, it’s never too late for any discoveries right? You could see mass production of the freshly made pau with many trays laid side by side. Staff are also busy preparing the filling for the pastry too.

So I got my favorite Red Bean Pau. Of course, in this case it is in black color, hehe. The bun was fluffy and soft. Warm while holding it as it’s freshly made. The paste was delish and not too sweet Just that it would be better if they are more generous on the red bean paste, keke. You can also opt to take away those cooler one and keep in fridge for next day comsumption. Of course, you gotta reheat them first
