Han room uses a lot of fresh water prawn in their dishes, one of them is the fresh water prawn with hor fun in superior prawn soup. I actually quite enjoy this noodle despite the fact that i don't really like fresh water prawns. I find that the fresh water prawns are not so flavorful. I really like the silky smooth hor fun, they were very delicate. The soup was full of flavors, and the rich taste soup is very delicious.
