This was my first visit to the Ming's Room which was highly recommended by my mother. Apparently she's had business meeting's there before and loved the food, so she brought my sister & I there for brunch that weekend. My favourite was the char siew pao. The bun was super soft and fluffy plus nicely hot from being steamed for the right amount of time. Then the inside was super good as the pork was nice & juicy plus the sauce tasted just right. I loved it so much that we had to order another basket cause I wanted more.

And another favourite of that day was these pork ribs. Although it wasn't as good as the ones I could get at Jin Xuan, these were infinitely better than any we can get elsewhere. The meat was succulent and tender plus the sauce was nicely flavoured. I just wish it had more garlic & black beans to give it an extra ooomph.

Then we also got the steamed pork siu mai which was also really good. It was bigger in size than other regular places which is understandable considering that the prices here was also slightly higher. Though completely worth it!

We should have ordered more but we did not want to be overly greedy like always. Now I can't wait to be back just for the pao.
