The kailan was stir-fried with oyster sauce and some garlic. It was crunchy. Love kailan that is crunchy more than those too soft texture. 1/2 Steamed Tilapia "Chiu Pai Cheng"
The fish was steamed with Chinese fermented black beans and their speciality sauce. The fish was definitely fresh and so its flesh tasted so soft, sweet and smooth. They really can adjust the steaming time incredibly that the fish meat was really really smooth. Credits to: EVERYDAY FOOD I LOVE
