The loh she fun was thick, soft, juicy and smooth. The egg was added after the dish was finished cooked rawly on the top to let you to mixed it all up when they serve to you, this will make the gravy and starchy sauce of the lou she fun even smoother and tastier. The sauce was thick so it makes the minced pork inside was so juicy too.
