It’s not long before Italian fares come to join our table. One word that I could use to describe this menu is ‘Baconlicious’, if that’s allowed
Most of the people would shun away from any white cream pasta for the fear of being cloying, but not in this case. This is one special Carbonara Pasta that I found is considerably light with the perfect consistency that I found thus far. It comes with delicious bacon, white wine and cream that are also topped off with basil and some black pepper. The bacons really deserve a just compliment for they are really smacking good with the right smoke apart from the chewy texture of thin slicing. Another plus point is the addition of white wine which just heightens up the dish naturally. Good to the sense and visual too!
Now i know why it's also Keith's favorite, ahem
