Red ruby water chestnuts in coconut milk. This is a popular dessert in Thai restaurants. Sweet,
fragrant and very refreshing. Perfect desserts to cool down after a hot and
spicy Thai meal. The small
reddish/pinkish jewels are water chestnut covered with tapioca flour, served
with sweeten coconut milk and shaved ice. Indescribably delicious and I wish I could have more jackfruits. Thanks to Stella for the invitation. It was a fun weekend, get to enjoyed the sumptuous food along with other foodies.
