Agedashi Tofu. The agedashi tofu was topped with some seaweed strips, bonito flakes and spring onions. I pushed all the toppings into the clear gravy to make it murky. The tofu was soft. The thin sticky layer that wrapped around the tofu was soft and tasteless basically. The seaweed and bonito flakes added some chewing texture to the soft tofu. Not a bad agedashi tofu.
