Actually I love the Lemon &Herb option the best. Because I can choose to have my chicken non-spicy or if I choose to; or have it with any of the accompanying Peri-Peris bottles on the table- mild, hot or extra-hot. Also, I find that the marinated spices on the chicken skin is best enjoyed if you have the lemon & herb option. The chicken of course is fragrant, tender and well-cooked to perfection. Love the marinade! Thumbs up
