♡♡KC

Customer A:"Yes". The waiter exchanged our bowl with theirs and mentioned will cook another one for us. I was watching them outside of the kitchen and curious will they serve me the same bowl by changing the fish? And YES! THEY DID!!!

I refused to eat the one that they "re-cook" and asked them to cook again. I also requested them to leave the bowl on my table until the third bowl served (worried that they will serve me the same bowl again!). When the third bowl was served and after comparing with the second bowl, it was obvious that the second bowl was the one eaten by customer A! It was obvious that the noodle was a mess!! I was really dissapointed with their service attitude and the unethical manners. They didn't even apologize to me and they just kept quiet. What a bad and terrified day!

Please don't go to this restaurant as their fish head noodle wasn't that tasty compare to the one I eat at foodcourt.
Other Info. : Terrified!

Fish Head Noodles (Yee Mee)I decided to try the fish head noodles with yee mee this time around. I usually go for the save choice of meehoon everytime, but made up my mind to try out something different. I love fish head noodles because of its milky broth. The fish slices in Woo Pin is fresh and the broth was just nice. The yee mee was quite hard though, they probably should have cooked it longer.

This fish paste noodles is from Woo Pin which is one of the many other fish head noodles with quite a number of branches. If I am not mistaken, the original Woo Pin has originated from Cheras, but I have never tried it there before. The noodles were served in a rather huge bowl with generous amount of soup along with a number pieces of fish paste. Mhmm, my favourite! This is almost like comfort food to me!

A bowl of fish paste noodle, you would find, sliced tomatoes, salted vegetables, milk, spring onions, deep fried onions and local fermented wine. I always opted for fish paste as it is easy to eat without concerning on the fish bones. They served generous fish paste. I like the fish paste for its bouncy texture, the quality fish taste and the fish meat is solid without added any preservatives.

Another new discovery of side dish that they served very good Fried Fish Cake, cost RM6.00 before tax. Love it!This fish cake reminded me once I used to enjoy back in my hometown. Not the look but the quality taste. It tastes so much of the presence of the fish sweet taste. The fish cake is bouncy or springy in texture and the frying skill done is so well that the colour is in golden brown. Not oily at all!

Thumbs up! for the side dish, Fried Bean Curd (Foo Chok), cost RM6.00 before tax. My first try and liked it immediately. Crispy on the outside, tasty with fish paste inside, a quality fried bean curb. It looks "bloated" with fish paste. The fried bean curd was wrapped in layers of fish paste and rolled before it went to deep fried it. The only setback, it is a bit oily. It could be due to freshly fried effect as the taste of the fried bean curd was very fresh and mouthwatering.

We also ordered Kedondong (Spondias dulcis) "Sa Lei" Plum juice "on the rock", cost RM3.00 before tax. The drinks was very refreshing taste and gave immediate refreshing effect as well. Finally, this established and famous Fish Head Noodle has spread their wings to Sri Petaling. I would never ever miss to order their famous Barley, Bean Curd Skin "Foo chok" with Ginkgo, cost RM3.00/glass before tax. I love it very much for its quality dessert, plenty of ginkgo, barley and found bitten eggs as well which made the drinks tasted very smooth in texture. So far, other than my Mom's best barley, ginkgo with soya bean, this is the second best that I have found, it is like a homecook barley ginkgo served generous dessert. I usually have 2 glasses.

Should you wish to opt for an affordable price, perhaps, you may consider their outlet located at Taman Danau Desa, Taman Desa which sells at RM2.00nett/glass. The only difference is, that outlet is a coffee shop without air-con facility.
