We were in Pavilion walking around looking for a place to eat since my friend was staying opposite at Novotel. I just realized that Novotel is just opposite Pavilion and so convenient to walk across.Though there was a lot of mosquitoes at the end corner table, the waiters were very attentive and observant and even brought a mini fan / ventilator. I had a Leffe which was served in a typical Leffe glass.The German Frankfurters were quite ok, thankfully not that salty like typical German sausages.

The side salad is quite tasty with balsamic sauce.

First time visit this Weissbrau German Bistro & Bar. As German restaurant are famous with their sausages and pork. So we ordered a Schublig sausage. As the portion is quite big, so i share with my wife and find it still quite heavy for us.The sausage that made of smoked pork and chicken blended with spices taste delicious.And the side dish fries also taste crispy.

First time visit this Weissbrau German Bistro & Bar. As German restaurant are famous with their sausages and pork.

因为平常少机会吃到德国餐所以和朋友逛pavilion看到这间weissbrau便决定试试,做下来后能发觉附近多坐满了外国人,我点了这款olma veal来试下,我个人蛮喜爱德国香肠的,除了分量比较大能吃得饱外,香肠里裹了满满的肉,吃起来散发出满满的肉香味而且口感也很好,而且香肠和啤酒也特别的配,一口香肠一口啤酒简直就是一大快事。

weissbrau是一件深受外国和本地人喜爱的一间餐厅,每次经过weissbrau会看到许多外国人休闲的在这里用餐,所以我和朋友决定也在这用餐感受下休闲的环境,我点了这款pork knuckle又名炸猪蹄膀,当pork knuckle送上桌时卖相已经很吸引我了,出了有一块炸猪蹄膀外,碟里还有一些小菜。我切了一小块猪蹄来试试,猪蹄的外层炸的很香脆但令我觉得意外的是里面的肉还保持的很嫩和多汁,配上他们的酱汁更是好吃虽然价钱有点贵但是还是值得的。

在周末闲来无事便和朋友到pavilion去闲逛顺便找找美食,经过 weissbrau这家德式餐厅感觉环境蛮不错的边和朋友坐下来用餐了,我点了这款Classic Caesar Smoke Salmon Garden Salad,客人可以按照自己的喜好加上芥末酱或者蒜茸酱,加上酱料的salad蛮不错吃,三文鱼也给得很多,很新鲜,而且经过腌制好咸咸的更带出鱼的鲜味蛮好吃的。

A good place to drop by for their happy hour promotions if you work nearby or in the vicinity of the golden triangle. They serve a large variety of beers ranging from japanese beer to german brewed beer and the best thing is most beer is served from the tap thus giving the beer a more authentic taste. Apart from the beer, the pork knuckles is one of the best in town and it goes well with the beer too.

I like this German pork sausage with rosti. big and nice, the sauce was nice too. the rosti also not bad, not so oily and very fresh.no over cook at all. they also put some vege instead of salad as appetizer. i like the environment of this restaurant, quite german style and the chef here also looks proffesional and friendly but too bad the air-cond here was over cold for me.

When you go for German restaurant, one of the food that you can't miss out is the pork knuckle. I always wanted to eat this with beer. The pork knuckle here covers with a very crispy skin. The meat is thick. Then the sauce taste a bit sourish. Only negative side here is the portion is a bit small.

Table settings are all very comfortable and pleasant to the eyes. Much better when enjoying the sight of the crowds pacing at the busy street in front while savouring the food! What a good combo! ^^

As I plan to have a light meal, I tried their Egg Benedict out of curiosity. The name itself caught my attention for the only time I heard of Benedict was in Biology class, hehe…
This dish comes with poached egg over crispy bacon on a buttered toasted muffin , then topped with Hollandaise sauce. It’s satisfactorily delish!^^

Not forgetting to end the day on a sweet note, thus came the signature Chocolate Ice Cream cake. It’s velvety yummy and neither too sweet. Love it!^^

This restaurant is famous for serving pork knuckles and beer but I'll review on that later. The dessert that I had is an apple strudel with vanilla ice-cream. The baked apples were soft and soggy and when you bite into it, the juices flow out. Even though the apples were moist, I suspect the layer of pastry outside soaked up a lot of the juices and is soggy making it hard to eat.
