Sometimes when I'm super hungry, I have a 3-dish meal all to myself. Kangkung belacan, telur dadar, and daging padprik. Kangkung belacan's kuah is thick and heavy with fermented shrimp smell and taste, and not overly spicy. Beef is moderately tender. Egg is fluffy but oily.
