Chicken Noodle Soup. Although this Taiwan House is famous with their beef noodles, the restaurant also offers chicken noodle soup for those who could not take beef. The chicken noodles however was not as good and addictive as the beef broth. This chicken broth was slightly bland. It also consisted cabbages and carrots. The chicken slices were tender. Overall, it was an average chicken noodle.

Pan Fried Dumplings. Since the last time we had tried the Taiwanese pancake, this time around, we ordered the pan fried dumplings. The pan fried dumplings were the mini versions and it has 10 pieces. It came with vinegar and ginger strips dipping sauce. The dumplings were not oily. The inner fillings were minced meat and it was slightly salty. I like to dip the dumplings with vinegar sauce.

Beef Ball Noodle Soup. Since everytime I will order the glass noodle, this time I made a chance by ordering the normal noodle instead. The dish consisted of beef balls, turnip and lettuce. Although it was made from simple ingredients, the soup was sweet and not too salty, it was very flavourful and aromatic. The turnip was soft while the lettuce was crunchy. The beef balls were springy.

Dry beef glass noodles. The ingredients used for dry noodles were slightly different from the soup one, it has radish, long bean, carrots and deep fried garlic. The dry noodles does not fare better than soup version. The sauce was slightly dry and not too salty. I love the deep fried garlic eating together with the noodles. The beef balls were springy and bouncy.

Beef ball glass noodle soup. The bowl of glass noodle soup was simple, five pieces of beef balls, radish and vegetables. The beef balls were extremely springy, it was not tough, slightly salty. The broth was the star of the dish and it has essence of the beef. It was not too salty with a tint of sweetness. The glass noodles were soft. The radish was fresh and soft. A very tasty dish.

The beef glass noodles came with some generous amount of beef chunks, turnip, carrots and lettuce. The glass noodles were soft and springy. The beef chunks were tender and can be tore off easily with chopsticks, a bit salty though. The turnip and carrots chunks were fresh and added the sweetness to the broth. The broth of full of beef essence, pepperish and the saltiness level was just nice. The korean pancake was crispy at the side, and soft at the middle. It came with 2 dipping sauces: chilli

went here to have lunch after done shopping at ampang point.ordered beef glass noodle. the glass noodles is nice and not as filling as the normal mee. big in portion. the beef soup really taste good. the noodle served with full of vegetables,carrots and beef chunks. the meat is very tender and the beef ball is crunchy. They also have chicken noodles, noodles with dumplings, fishball noodles, rice sets, chicken wings, dumplings and etc. will definitely come again for their beef noodle. thumbs
