Ma La broth and lamb slices. We match the Ma La broth with lamb slices. The Ma La broth was very lackluster as compared to Pork Bone or Sha Cha broths. The ma la broth was quite diluted and the ma la taste was not there. No doubt it was spicy but somehow we felt that it was below average. The lamb slices however were good, tender and aroma with lamb taste. The restaurant said that they will improve on the ma la broth.
