Sushi Tei (Closed)

in lieu of the Spring season in Japan, most Japanese restaurants will tend to integrate cherry blosoms in their food and drinks. As such, Sushi Tei also executed the job very well in their food.I had the opportunity to try the Sansento Somen, which are noodles made out of wheat flour and is served cold. Sushi Tei serve 3 difefrent flavours of Somen, namely, Black Pepper, Egg and Sakura. The ingredients that are used in giving the flavours to the somen weren't strong enough as I could barely tast

Sashimi Moriwase, Assorted sashimi during spring season.The sashimi were fresh and delicious.Maguro cappacio, sliced tuna cappacio with a little spicy taste.Corn Waffle which is the spring menu dessert.It's a corn like waffle with ice cream inside.

吃了一些口味很重的食物这个时候来个沙拉就是最适合的了。里面有着不同的蔬菜，生菜，萝卜，紫包菜，番茄，蟹柳还有我很喜欢的牛油果呢。原来牛油果点了芥末和酱油的味道真的很象三文鱼。

这个海鲜拉面这的是鲜味十足啊。里面还有着大量的海鲜。所以汤头是预料之中的鲜甜，里面的海鲜更是丰富。虾子，鱿鱼干杯等等让人吃了真的的是非常满足呢，还有里面爽口的面条也是很值得一试的。

这个煎饺子我自己个人非常喜欢。经过稍微煎煮的饺子变到外酥内软。里面的馅料很好吃。猪肉肥瘦均匀，所以吃起来质感很湿润，所以一点也没有很干的感觉。整体感觉不错，下次会再吃。

日本料理除了新鲜的生料理之外，还有就是最普遍的煎与炸...这里的煎肉水饺很是吸引,诱人...热乎乎的煎水饺，一咬下口，里头的肉汁就涌进口里，一个字-烧! 点了下 盘上的姜醋实在是美味极了...

因为之前吃了点东西的关系，所以点了个比较轻口味的入肚...我甚少吃冷面，这次点了个绿茶soba...冷面里头放入了冰块，绿茶的淡淡的香味，点了点一起端上的酱，甜咸的酱搭上绿茶的味道很是喜欢...

因为这里的空调比较冷，所以点了个Sukiyaki 汤，里面有片好的牛肉，豆腐，蔬菜等，放入用黄豆煮的汤...汤头比较甜，但要有心理准备，因为来到才开始煮，所以要早点下单，不然会等的可惨咯...

这里的装修很是堂皇，拥有一个寿司台，摆设整齐，选了一个三文鱼沙拉做为开胃菜，真的没选错，新鲜的三文鱼沙拉，倒入了千岛沙拉酱后，更加开胃，点了点哇沙比又有不一样的味道与口感...
