SUBWAY can be consider as another fast food chain that is healthy. It offers foot long and 6-inch sandwiches, with a wide assortment of meats, cheeses, vegetables and toppings They also offer wraps, delis and salads, potato chips and cookies. There are 4 steps to order the sandwich. First, decide the size of the bread ( 6 in or foot long) and the bread type ( Wheat, Italian, Parmesan or Wheat). Secondly, choose the sandwich meal. Thirdly, choose your vegetables (nions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, green peppers and black olives). Finally, choose your sandwich dressing ( mayonnaise, mustard, thousand island, black pepper, chill and ketchup). However, today we have ordered the breakfast set which you can choose from 5 choices. Each set comes with a free drink ( hot coffee or hot milo). The set is only RM6.30 without service charge or gov tax, and only available until 11am. We have ordered Turkey Ham & Egg with Parmesan Oregano Bread and Tuna & Egg with Italian Bread. The bread is very soft, the vege is very fresh, the ham and tune are very tasty. It taste great together we all the sauce we requested to put it. Their service is fast. Overall, I think this breakfast set is really worth the money.

These soft-bake Subway cookies are a convenient snack as I can easily bring them into class to nibble on if I don't have time for a proper lunch. Believe me, these cookies are very filling! They are bigger than regular cookies anyway. There are 4 types to choose from : Double Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate with Macadamia and Oatmeal. My favourites are the first two as they're heavy in chocolatey taste and there are huge chunks of melting chocolate in them! The white chocolate one appeared to be just 'sweet' to me. Hence, I did not really fancy it.I can't really comment on the service as their staff constantly changes.
