Subway, one of the sandwiches restaurant where you can choose your favourite ingredient and customized your own bread. They are selling half food and 12inches long sandwiches with 4 types of different bread to choose from. One of the sandwich i try is the Italian B.M. T, it cost only RM 7.90 if you purchase on monday. It consist of chicken and beef slices, and you can choose your own vegetables and sauce to be added in it.

saya juga sering berkunjung ke sini....antara yang saya amat sukakan di sini ialah chicken sandwich........rasanya amat enak,lazat dan sungguh menyelerakan sekali......ia cukup unik dan berbeza sekali....sebab itulah saya amat sukakannya kerana ia ada ciri uniknya yang tersendiri.....ia serba-serbi lazat,lembut dan cukup empuk sekali.......

subway juga merupakan antara makanan kegemaran saya. pelbagai jenis makanan yang saya gemari di sini. antara yang saya gemari adalah sandwich dan burger yang ada di sini. menurut saya,ia lain dari yang lain. rasa,saiz dan bentuknya juga amat berbeza sekali. selain itu, harganya juga berpatutan meskipun sedikit mahal namun masih lagi boleh dikatakan berbaloi!!

I always love Subway sandwiches. I find that they are convenient, healty, and lots of choices in terms of vegetables, main ingredients and the sauces. I also specifically like the honey oat bread. The six inch subway sandwich is usually quite filling. The fresh vegetables with melted cheese, with the tuna and garlic sweet sauce will always be my favorite sandwich combination.

由于我是标准的subway迷，所以每逢星期一都一定要去买他们的sub of the day,有吃的朋友都一定会知道星期一的是italian bmt,真是太值的了，这家的人潮没那么夸张，不象在kl sentral的每次都排得长长的。每次的蔬菜都是加全部除了jalapeno,毕竟觉得有点不搭，酱汁我本身就较喜欢ranch。

每逢星期一，subway的sub of the day就是italian b.m.t，这是不可错过的，parmesan oregano bread 加上全部蔬菜，再加上ranch酱，再再加上pepperoni，完美的三文治就complete 了。当然这只是个人的喜好，你可以跟着你的喜好来搭配出你心目中理想的三文治。

如果价钱相等，让我选择吃汉堡还是三文治的话，我还是比较喜欢健康的三文治。奈何前者因为热量高吃得饱所以我没什么机会吃后者。今天趁着心血来潮想买个当午餐，便点了个chicken slice。味道没什么特别，但是肉片很多，每一口都是满足。加上可以自由选择蔬菜搭配，满口的肉和蔬菜的多汁爽脆清香，不需要华丽的味道，也能轻易地满足我的口腹之欲。

Japanese plus Western style sandwich- in Subway you can get it, which is a favourite choice of mine Chicken breast was used and it was not as tough I thought to be, as it was quite succulent. I am excited and can't wait to try it out, as I personally love spicy food.I am sure you guys are already familiar with the steps of ordering a sandwich in Subway I usually love BBQ sauce and chilli sauce to be added. The bread was baked till crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The oat and grain gave an additional crunchy texture to the bread. The ingredients of the sandwich were chicken slice, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and onions. All the vegetables were fresh and crunchy on its own. The chicken slice was smooth and tender, slight salty. The ranch sauce and chilli sauce was a good combination, salty and spicy.
