蒜茸豆腐斑片 @ RM25.00这个蒜茸豆腐斑片也很特别，豆腐配鱼我倒是第一次吃。他们采用的是石斑片哦，鱼肉放在一块块的豆腐上，再加上一堆的蒜茸，拿去蒸。单看表面，我以为斑片会过熟。可是我咬下去才发现，斑片还很软和滑，而且每片都厚厚的。我个人比较怕蒜茸，可是我家人爱得不得了，他们都赞不绝口。 continue reading
