This is a restaurant serving a wide variety oh chinese cuisines.Sweet and Sour PorkAll time favourite dish since I was young, SWEET AND SOUR PORK (Gu Lou Yuk). The pork was fried deeply that it was so crunchy and crispy. The sauce was thick and the sauce was sticking on the surface of the pork. You will finished up this dish all along with the crunchy, crispy, sweet and sour pork. The pork will not soften because the sauce was sticking on the surface.
