下雨天來到雪隆EkoCheras mall的港城酒家,總算有了地方暖胃。咕嚕雞外酥里嫩,一口咬下去香氣四溢。薑蓉銀鱈魚的清香撲鼻,魚肉綿軟過橋米粉飽滿Q彈。日式茄子水晶麵裡的茄子清香細膩,配上鮮嫩銀魚仔米飯分外滋味。 然後一頓菜最大亮點來了,豬油撈飯香氣盈座,每一粒飯粒都飽滿Q彈,一口吃下去豬油的鮮美簡直讓人忘不了。鯊魚骨燉湯含蓄的花膠更是入口即化,簡直宜人心頭。最後一道魚鬆炒港芥蘭,芥蘭的香氣與魚鬆的鮮美相得益彰。 continue reading
