Nevertheless, the soup is still sumptuous in whetting your palate in a different way
I usually would ask as for a second round

Just that it could be tad oily at times as it need slightly more fluid to prevent it from sticking to the wok during sautéing process. So you could actually pair it with lots of greens like spring onions to reduce the oiliness. Other than that, it is still very good to go! ^__^

Sundubu JigaeNo longer aliens to many of us is the delicious Sundubu Jigae. Comes in a piping dolsot or hot bowl, holds this seemingly fiery soup. Fret not as it is actually not too spicy This appetizing soup is cooked with soft tofu, seafood, egg, cucumber, enoki mushroom and many more. Sourness is part of the expectation with the companion of kimchi to enhance the flavor. The level of hotness is tolerable and best eaten with a bowl of white rice. Simple and wholesomely done!

This drink is best served when chilled, which after consumption, one might be experiencing some gaseous aftereffect.

This time round the design is bit different from the pioneer one at The Sphere, where it comes in a more chic and futuristic design. With its bright and round orangey stand, the restaurant is located comfortably at he middle of the floor where it is quite spacious. Comes with lively hues, it is decorated with some artificial trees to help liven up the atmosphere. Apparently, the owner of this chain is the friend of the first owner’s outlet
They are both equally friendly and always attentive.

Before main meal is served, ban chan would arrived first to warm up your tummy first as usual. Aside from the staple Kimchi, I particularly enjoy its stir fried spinach. It is very crisp and rich in sesame flavor. I guess adequate amount of sesame oil must have been added in order to prepare such a pleasant hors d'oeuvre.

From the appearance, it does looks like a glass of orange juice, even the aroma resembles it. But upon a sip, you would be able to differentiate it. This tangerine taste tend to have a much more fragrant citrusy flavor that are still strongly lingering around your taste bud after taste. The beverage is more concentrated than orange juice, just that it is not pulpy. Nevertheless, it does help to cool off the burning sensation of the taste bud after savoring the scrumptious Korea Seafood-cum-Kimchi Steamboat!

Big pot isn't it? ^^

At some point, I thought that just the seafood flavor would be bit bland, and so, I turn it into Kimchi steamboat instead. How? By added in 2 plates of Kimchi serving that I got, just the way we had it back in Korea. Trust me, the Kimchi just tune the soup up in the right way! Not too spicy but makes the soup much more appetizing, so does my friend opines as well

Here comes my Kimchi double dose; instant recipe! Haha...... And the soup has now gone more reddish!

Home-made Korean Rice NectarThis whitish seemingly drink that looks like barley is actually the traditional drink of Korean Rice Nectar. It’s usually taken during summer in Korean to cool off the body, and that comes welcomingly at tropical places such as Malaysia. The drink is very thirst-quenching with a tinge of mild ginger taste, which reminds me of the ‘tong shui’ that usually come with ‘Tong Yuen’, a.k.a glutinous rice balls. But it isn’t too spicy, so worry not

As usual, Korean food would kick start with some varieties of ‘ban chan’ to sort of like ‘warm up’ your tummy before main course is served. And here we have delish arrays of choices such as egg roll, spinach, caramelized anchovies, and last but not least Kimchi! The egg rolls are very savoury and the spinach, which remains my all-time favourite with the fragrance of sesame oil.
