Another dish worth recommended would be this Steamed Pomfret with Julienne Scallion in Superior Soy Sauce. The fish was very fresh and so smooth under this steaming cooking method. It ain’t complicated. Just with the accompanied soy sauce, some chilies and scallions to top it off on the pomfret, the dish is really good to go. So long the fresh catch is fresh, a simple way preparing it, is the best way to savour it You may then add in generous parsley if you like, to bring up the flavor This does remind me of the homey fish that my beloved mom used to steam for me whenever am back at home Delish! ^^
