平时吃东西叫菜都会点上一些蔬菜，可是这个菜是在是太油腻了。没一条菜都吸了很多油，让人吃了很大负担因为很油腻。味道只有简单的调味，咸味比较重，没有什么特别，吃完后非常口渴。

这个炸鱿鱼炸到还算是很干爽，里面的鱿鱼很粉浆牢牢的黏在一起。所以并没有鱿鱼和粉浆分离的问题，所以吃起来既然能吃到鱿鱼的鲜味，吃起来还算柔软，粉浆厚度刚好，让人越嚼越香。

很喜欢花雕酒啦啦的味道。因为拉拉独特的味道加上花雕酒的香味，加上大量的姜丝把拉拉的腥味去除。喝起来非常的暖胃，拉拉的肉煮到刚刚好，一点都没有煮到太老，火候的拿捏很好。

这里的清蒸非洲鱼真的是不可以错过的菜肴。非洲鱼蒸的时间刚刚好，鱼肉肉质吃起来很鲜嫩，没有所谓的泥味还有腥味。酱汁上面更加入了小辣椒一起蒸煮，整个味道增添了辣味，让人胃口很好。

兰姐非洲鱼都算蛮出名的，因为他的非洲鱼出名大条而且价钱便宜。如果一个人吃也有一人份的。他就只有一种口味就是酱蒸鱼。现在越开越多分行，但听朋友说第一间总行就是在rawang。还好cheras开了一间比较近我家。

The signature dish here is the steamed fish and if you're dining here but never order that, don't consider yourself had dine in Lan Je before. When you're there you'll notice that every table would have a plate of steamed fish on it which I order 2 because 1 couldn't satisfy my cravingThe fish is mild spicy and is covered with fried chunk garlic serves with soy sauce. The meat was juicy, fresh, and sweet. It might take some time before the dish is serves, but trust me, it is worth the wait.
