Tonight we decided to have our dinner in Kenny Rogers Roasters in Subang Parade. We have ordered mushroom soup with garlic bread, a bowl of chicken cocktail frankfurter (sausages), 1/4 quarter roaster chicken meal with original taste of gravy! Love the 3 selected choice of side dishes provided in the 1/4 quarter meal, I have selected my favourite all time --> macaroni cheese, mash potatoes and slices of potatoes. Tonight we decided to have our dinner in Kenny Rogers Roasters in Subang Parade. We have ordered mushroom soup with garlic bread, a bowl of chicken cocktail frankfurter (sausages), 1/4 quarter roaster chicken meal with original taste of gravy!

Love the 3 selected choice of side dishes provided in the 1/4 quarter meal, I have selected my favourite all time --> macaroni cheese, mash potatoes and slices of potatoes. However, is very difficult to call the staff for ordering!

The mushroom soup served today taste a bit sour and weird! Our children was drinking it till we adult taste it too! We called up the manager and make complaints. After checking and investigating, the whole pot of soup is carry to the kitchen and not to serve the customers anymore. They have not refund or exchange us the soup, they give some other irrelevant reasons and apologize to us.

They should improve in the customer complaint management. Is not the customer's fault to cause this.

What I love most about this Kenny Rogers outlet is that it has really spacious and comfortable seating/dining as well as a homely, well-lighted ambience. The staff are friendly too As usual, I will have the Quarter Original Roaster Chicken (sometimes will order black pepper too!) together with sidelines (corn, mix fruits and mashed potatoes) and my favorite muffins (banana, vanilla or chocolate)- all equally delicious!

went here for dinner with my husband. i am not a fan of kenny rogers roasters. however my husband loves kenny rogers, so i have to love kenny rogers also ordered quarter chicken set. chose pasta salad, potato salad and rice as side dishes. their rice just so-so only. same with pasta salad.pasta salad for me, not delicious at all. however potato salad was taste good. the only compliment i can give is their quarter chicken. served hot and the mushroom gravy was delicious. overall, for me
