Yut Kee is a very old restaurant which famous for their Hananese Chicken Chop. I got to know this for very long time. Therefore, I have arranged my time to pay a visit here. Yes, I came for breakfast and expected the crowd is there. This is one of the oldest coffee shops in Kuala Lumpur if not Malaysia. A true institution and must visit for all. Its gets very crowded so please be prepared to wait. Tables are shared most of the time due to how popular they are. Don't be put off though as its all worth it.Service is prompt and good. They remember whos waiting in line and will seat you the moment space clears up. No cutting queues here. The owners are super friendly and usually remembers the usuals.They have amazing selection

Love their pork, fish and chicken chop. Their belacan fried rice is delicious, too, but really, really spicy. I love their kaya swiss roll, never failed to buy 1 box to share wif my colleagues and family. The only downside is the limited seatings. Must come super early. By 12PM, patrons will be queueing almost to the road and it takes a long time to wait for the seats to be available. And it's very noisy during lunch time, too.  

It was pretty weird to see a very Chinese-like restaurant to serve foods like this. This is not any ordinary pork chop. The gravy was something else! No wonder this was so popular. For ten ringgit, I'd say this was a steal.I didn't really like the roti babi though. First of all, it looked very unpresentable. I mean just look at it. I held very high hopes for this one, but this is just mehhh. Maybe because I don't like tunas and also the portion is too small!I saw a lot of people buying the cakes

This is basically like a big roll of siew yoke. Chunky meat, which could be a little more tender, and super thick and crispy skin. The layer of fat is melty and delicious. Served with nothing but some sweet sauce, which is a very English way of having pork.

I visited this place few times and I always ordered Hainanese Chicken Chop. Is just because the price very cheap RM8.50 and big in portion. Taste wise just ok. I found it a bit oily . This shop always crowded with customers , you actually need wait to be seated. Besides their signature chops, Roti Babi ( 猪仔包）they also serve fried rice , porridge and noodles more to Hainanese style as well as marble cakes , Kaya roll ,half boiled eggs, toast bread with homemade Kaya. This is what I call breakfast + comfort food + (relatively) low carbs + divinely pork. Yut Kee's famous Hainanese pork chop - and for good reason, too.The pork is moderately tender, and swimming in gravy with onions, and frozen peas, carrots and corn. Sure, frozen vegetables are rubbish but this is comfort food after all. The onions are big, soft and caramelized - really lovely. Goes best with Lean & Perrin's sauce, which they serve. Its charming nostalgic setting – with old school dark wooden chairs, round marble tables, old portraits and hand-written menu hanging on the wall takes you back to days of yore. Still, Yut Kee is institutional, and rarely would one see the humble coffee shop empty during breakfast or lunch hours. The queue is pretty epic. 这里出名的东西有很多。最主要是因为这里的东西便宜又大份，而且味道也不差。这个猪肉卷也是来到这里一定要点的食物。腌制过的猪肉变得很好吃，味道也没有抢了猪肉的鲜味，还狠滑嫩。

这里的鸡扒也算是便宜又大份，经过油炸的鸡扒并没有很油腻，鸡肉的肉质很滑嫩，也没有因为油炸太久而出现很硬的口感。上面淋上的酱汁味道也很棒，使得整个鸡肉扒更加好吃。

这里的猪肉扒包还是值得一试的。外面的包皮很松软，里面的猪肉腌制到很好吃，一咬开来都是肉汁，里面的猪肉口感吃起来很滑，并没有让我失望。而且份量还算大，吃完了都会又饱足感。

The restaurant is famous on their pork bun, but I would recommend this fried noodles. The restaurant is very crowded, it is always full of people. you will need to get your queue no for your seats at the cashier. They will call your name when seats available. The fried noodles taste is very delicious, but it is a bit oily. It fried together with egg, slice meat, tau geh etc. The portion is a bit small, in the other hand, you might need to order side dishes as the add on.

The pork chop breads is highly recommended by a lot of people, a must try items in the restaurant. It is very crowded in the restaurant, you will need to queue for your seats, and they encourage table sharing here. Parking space is very limited too. The pork meat is tender and juicy when you bite on it. But the bread is a bit oily, as they fried the bread till a bit crunchy. If you do not like oily food, please do not order this dish, your mouth is fill with meat, bread and oil after eat. Ha..

The restaurant is very crowded during lunch time, parking space is very limited, not advisable to park at road side as you may have additional dish - sumsons to add on. This is their signature dish, hainamese chicken chop. It use the drumstick with thigh part to marinate and bring to deep fried. It serve with hainamese style of sauce, which taste is sweet and sour when it serve. It serve together with fried French fries and some beans. Taste is acceptable but not very filling.
