Planned to have dinner at The Red Bean Bag but it was closedon the day we went therefore we changed our plan to Ichiban Boshi that islocated at Level G3, Publika. The restaurant serves wide varieties of JapaneseCuisine and value set menus. The ambiance of the restaurant was good and theyhave both indoor and outdoor seating area. I prefer outdoor seating so that wecan enjoy the foods in the relaxed environment. I ordered Tori Curry CheeseGoze. Ocha (Hot) @ RM 2.30 The set include of Curry Chicken

I must say this is the best salmon ever! It is not fully cooked, rather, it is half grilled. The texture was similar to salmon sashimi, except it was slightly firmer (say 10%). It was very fresh and not gamy at all. Totally recommend this to friends!

Another delicacy I love here is this soft shell crab sushi. For RM14.90, you get 6 pieces of well rolled sushi. I find the outer layer very unique, as it was not seaweed but rather a batter made from crab stick and flour. The mayonnaise had a sour flavor which was quite appetizing at the same time.

Beancurd filled with tuna mayonaise was not a bad choice after all. The sushi was very moistened, very much attributable to the mayonnaise. This hand roll with tuna belly was quite an enjoyable treat, except that I found a piece of fish scale stuck at my teeth at the last bite. Drizzled some soy sauce with wasabi was the best way to eat this!

The tofu are crispy at outer part skin and the inside are smooth and soft.It good eat together with the slice seaweed and some light soy sauce at the tofu bottom. 上個星期六和朋友去了publika喝茶，就剛好也有bon odori。 他們有買這串燒雞肉，買了兩串試試，teriyaki sauce 醃製的雞肉，它的味道是甜甜的，雞肉份量不會很多，除了甜甜我吃不到其他的味道，可能是放進微波爐的原因，如果是燒的會比較好吃吧。

Ichiban Boshi has over 50 branches all over the world. It is an ideal place for family gatherings and business meetings. For those who like Japanese food, Ichiban Boshi is a must go place. Besides foods, the environment is very comfortable. It offers different types of seating such as tatami seating, alfresco dining, and also normal seating. On top of this, they provide pork free dishes and vegetarian dishes.

Pass by publika and decide to take our lunch here. this ichiban boshi have few outlet in klang valley.it was a fine dining japanese food. i like to eat their sushi and set lunch. their set include one rice, main course,dessert and miso soup . drink was excluded. too bad was they do not have any wifi service here. the service was good and efficient. the staffs here also very polite.

We were in Publika and wanted to grab some affordable food for lunch at 3pm. The sushi are cheap (*price starts from RM2). I've attached the receipt as well.Do try out Ichiban Boshi because I personally feel that the sushi are cheaper and taste better than Sushi King!

salad always the best choice for late night dinner. choice of the day:multiple vegetable consist of lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots. all freshly served and perfect for mastication. salmon was prepared in two ways. the raw salmon was sweet and oceanic on it's own. the grilled salmon nicely minced and provided distinct flavor to the salad.house dressing wasn't enticed me much. done in rather salty and greasy way. luckily it served separately.

When it comes to sushi, Ichiban Boshi never fails me. Their sushi was always fresh and nice, and i always feel like eating it non stop. Simple sushi such as the salmon rolls and the sweetcorn rolls can easily satisfy my cravings. The sushi rice is firm, so the rice won't fall apart when eaten. The rice was well seasoned, lightly sweetened and the mild sourish taste from the vinegar. Salmon was fresh and has a "clean look", that's very important for me. I ordered their abalone udon. This abalone udon is really tasty and delicious. The udon has a nice texture, soft and smooth. I really like it very much, it'so tasty. The soup is really delicious and rich taste. It's taste so sweet. I really finish all the soup. It comes with a few slices of abalone and the abalone is nice and tasty. The price is quite reasonable and affordable.

This is my favourite food unagi don. The sweet caramelized unagi sauce over just grilled unagi and hot steaming rice is really delicious and yummy. I really like unagi especially the tasty unagi sauce. The taste is really heavenly good.The unagi is fresh and just perfectly grilled. The steamed rice is hot and tasty. It's really suit my taste bud and the price is quite reasonable. I just need a few more piece of unagi. This is really yummy and delicious.

This is my favourite udon, served in hot noodle soup in a mildly flavoured broth. This thick wheat-flour noodle is springy and smooth. This udon texture is quite good. The soup is quite simple and tasty, a nice soy sauce taste. I really satisfied with this udon and enjoy it very much. The price is quite reasonable. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. It's really suit my taste bud. I can finish all the soup and the portion is quite ok for me.It's quite full.
