Hot & Roll had been mushrooming around the town and we spotted one of the outlet in 1 Utama. The outlet is simply well located and there is kinda a line of customer queeing up to buy the delights.The bread can be served with paratha or savory and crispy. The portion is really a big one and it is simply worth for money having to dine the simple cheap meal. We had choosed the crispy one. It is a place where people stop by to nosh and go- this small stall is having attraction for it's creep and paratha.Ice lemon tea, paratha and crispy wrap make up their menu there are varieties savoury fillings and sweet fillings to choose from.I had myself this recommended chicken and cheese paratha for my high-tea. It is a paratha with chicken ham , melted cheese and onions inside with mayonese sauce and chilli powder if you requested. Cost just RM3.90 for a hot roll of paratha. Limited seats

这个chicken and cheese看起来是很不错。对，是看起来。因为当你看到实际物品的时候就一整个幻灭。因为里面的料少到很可怜。拿上手薄薄扁扁的一片价钱和食物不成对比。芝士好像有五片鸡肉忘了。总之是五个手指都数到的数量。

平时吃的都是用可立饼包着的这次来点不一样的。选了chappati wrap当外层。里面包着的都是鸡肉香肠还有一些洋葱碎片。吃起来味道不错可是不是很值得这个价钱。因为那个香肠就是那种品质属于普通那种。

Usually I would opt for crispy roll but on this particular day, I chose pita instead, mainly because it is cheaper than crispy roll and in my opinion, soft bread would go along better with cheese and onion. My choice was proven right as every munch into it was a bliss. I would hope for more cheese but this was just the nice. However, to make it better, perhaps they should load the surface with more cheese to moisten it. It did not give me the cheese pull but yes, it was very good!

The last I had pizza crispy roll, I wasn't quite like it. This time I decided to try this one. However it wasn't as good as I expected. The crispy roll was still the same' crispy and crunchy. The banana was not too ripen, thus lack of sweetness, the chocolate sauce was quite little for the size. Best roll would be caramelised banana and lots of chocolate sauce in crispy roll.

My appetite has gone a little unpredictable nowadays. Instead of filling myself with proper mains, I have stronger preference towards frozen yogurt, soy bean and snacks. Recently there are alot of new restaurants/kiosks opening in One Utama, and this Hot & Roll is located nearest to the escalator that I pass by almost every weekday. I decided to give it a try.This was my first order which I found it too predictable. Taste wise, it was alright. The crispy layer was definitely worth paying for. B
