Signature Dishes
By night, it's a bustling tai chow restaurant, but by day, they serve economy noodles and other items (depending on your luck). This morning, they still had noodles but ran out of eggs and luncheon meat, but had yong tau fu items, so I decided to just roll with it.The noodles are very simple and plain, which is to be expected and embraced. The yong tau fu items are actually pretty good. The brinjal was soft and sweet, stuffed with juicy pork.The tofu was soft and also stuffed with pork. The tau pok was super juicy with broth, and stuffed with (you guessed it!) pork!
