grumps cafe is nice to see here they also have western food. i like the signature dish here which is the sausages. i order the big range of the german sausage a little salty taste but nice to try this out compare to the rest of the restaurant serving german sausages. here is far more tasty with the big pork rib also i try here. juicy and tender meat and very nice place to dine in

The Cream of wild mushroom soup. This soup was not dilute, however, it was smooth and creamy in texture. There were lots of mushroom pieces in the soup. Besides that, I have ordered garlic bread to go with the soup. The garlic bread were very aromatic when served. It was very crispy and the amount of garlic spread applied was quite generous. Overall, this dish was ok.

After fisnishing the main courses, we were actually quite full due to the big serving size. But we just needed dessert so badly we decided to order the banana boat for sharing. The banana boat consists of vanilla, strawberry and chocolate flavor ice cream, with sliced banana, almond flakes and chocolate sauce. The banana boat is very delicious and complete our meal.

We were into pork dishes on that day and spotted the pork lasagna really got me excited. The pork lasagna was not too bad, but the taste was not memorable. There were lots of minced pork, aromatic herbs and grated parmesan cheese. The oven baked egg pasta was made to order and have a waiting time of 25 to 30 minutes. The portion is quite big and the lasagna is very filling.

The western dishes here are aplenty and it seems to be a nice hangout place for the long session of meal and chit chatting. The chicken diavola is a not too bad dish. The portion of chicken is cooked with garlic, chilli, and rosemary sauce. The flavorful herbal sauce is very nice. The chicken used is the chicken thigh which makes the chicken remained juicy and succulent. There were some mashed potatoes served with the main dish.

This is a dish that makes me drooling, i was really excited to order this for sharing. The 400g of por ribs are quite a lot, it was served with some french fries. The dish looks very good when presented. The sauces evenly coated every piece of the ribs. The sauce was very flavorful, it was thick and tasted slightly sweet. The ribs have a very nice fat and lean meat ratio, but the nice flavor of the sauce did not get all the way into the pork ribs. The fries was excellent with the sauce.

Grumps Cafe is another restaurant we managed to explore in this shopping mall. The environment here is not bad, looks quite contemporary. We ordered the pumpkin soup. The pumpkin soup was served in a very huge soup plate but the soup is not that much. The yellowish pumpkin soup was very smooth and refined. I felt the soup was creamy too. The mild sweet taste of the pumpkin soup is nice.

grumps have another outlet in ss2 mallthis place is big and nice to bring family to dine in for dinner and they have set lunch as well. the price is reasonable and i love the staff herevery friendly and they have open concept kitchen which you can see how they prepare the food and cleanness of this restaurantthe price is reasonable and i try this fried pork skin not oily at all surprisingly and taste so crispy and crunchy. really give me a big portion of it and their steak is very famous herethe

I really like this dish very much, it's look so tempting and delicious. This is my first time to try out their food and i really satisfied with it. The meat is so tender and tasty.It served in thick brown gravy sauce. The sauce is so rich taste. It served with some potato and the potato is so soft and nice. I really like the sauce and it's comes in a right amount. So nice.

The garden salad came in a big portion and I enjoyed all the colorful vegetables that they served. Very fresh, very healthy and very crunchy.The signature pizza. Whole lots of toppings and ingredients such as pepperoni, capsicums. The crust was thin and crispy. Wish they could put more cheese though, then it would be perfect!The cream of pumpkin soup was sweet and powdery. Not a bad dish.

Grumps Cafe has a very simple settings, bright lighting and plastic chairs. Not to mention that this cafe is famous for its pork dishes.The 400g pork ribs were indeed a huge slab of it. It was arranged in a nice round tier surrounding the fries. The pork ribs are marinated with black beer and roasted to perfection. However, the ribs were not tender enough, and it has strong porky smell. Wish the portion of fries could be bigger.

We also made an ordered on their Chef Recomendation Grumps Italian Combo Pizza. The pizza is well made with thin crust and it is well made. It is where the meal is served together with pepperoni, sausage, pork bacon, mushroom, onions, pepper with tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese. The crispy skin is indeed my favorite and it is well baked with perfectionist.Taste: 5/5Price: RM 28.00

It was near closing time by the time we got there but they still accepted our order. However, we got the feeling that they were beginning to shoo us away by the end of our meal. The place is quite empty with tables inside and outside the cafe.The Olio E Aglio with Prawns was alright but honestly, we felt the portion wasn't worth the price we paid.We also ordered another one with bacon. As expected, bacon makes everything taste better although the bacon bits were a bit too hard and salty.

Combo Pizza: Hawaiian & Mushroom @ RM22.00It comes combo with 2 choices. The crust is very crispy and not thick at all. The Hawaiian is served with chicken ham and pineapple while the mushroom is served with tomato puree only. Both are topped with mozzarella cheese that is so stingy. I personally like the Hawaiian style more that taste stronger and sweet with the pineapple. But the mushroom is a bit mild and almost tasteless besides the mozzarella cheese.

400g Pork Ribs with Black BeerThe pork ribs portion is huge. It is nicely cut and decorated nicely with fries. It looks like braised 'siu yuk', with 3 layer of skin, fats and meat. The black beer sauce is sweet and nice. The meat is not marinated equally, just the outer layer. So inside is bit dull and the meat had a very strong porky smell, some may not like it. Besides, the fries taste great dipping with the black beer sauce.
