The Signature Deep Fried Pork is a dish you shouldn't miss while dining here beside the Bitter Gourd Soup. The pork is marinated with 5 different spices for hours so that it would absorb the flavour according to the staff. It was then being deep fried until crisp brown while juicy on the inside. The meat and fat was balanced in every piece.

Prawn Omelette was another bomb at Fu Gua Thong Restaurant where a big amount of fresh and sweet prawn is being fried along with beaten egg along with some spring onion. You can still taste the crispy of the omelette while softness on the inside. It is not too salty nor plain and there's some chilli sauce to go along with if you are those who're used to strong taste.

Fu Gua Thong Restaurant serves Bitter Gourd Soup as their main signature dish and several other Chinese variety as well for a bitter fun filling meal.I don't fancy bitter gourd especially when I was young but after several awesome bitter gourd soup I started to miss it time to time. The soup is boiled with slices of lean meat and bitter group for the flavour. It wasn't bitter as many would assume and it would be an addictive sip. It was one of the best dish I've tried using bitter gourd as the key ingredient.

We love to dine here because it's quite affordable. For around RM20-30, we can order a soup, pork and tofu dish. The bitter gourd soup is a must order for every table, because we do not eat pork innards, so we will just order the soup with just pork slices. They are very generous with sliced bitter gourd. Another must order is the fried Hakka pork which is yummy to eat even on it's own! Prawn omelette is also our favorite order, simple dish with crispy sides and soft centre. Their stir fried por

Another must order is the fried Hakka pork which is yummy to eat even on it's own! Prawn omelette is also our favorite order, simple dish with crispy sides and soft centre. Their stir fried pork with spring onions and stir fried pork with salted fish were equally good too, although sometimes it's quite oily.

Service is good and fast.
