招牌已写着是手工制成的蛋挞,蛋挞看似简单易做的点心可是好吃的又不是每个人能做到的。单单是它的外皮就有好几种了,脆脆的饼皮,或者像法式面包一层一层的也有。这家蛋挞味道很香蛋味好吃好吃。

Signature Dishes
The stall is quite shabby-looking but I always see crowd flocking at the stall to get their freshly-made egg tarts. I'm wondering what's so special about it, so I give it a try. The egg custard is very soft when I bite through it, and I can see how generous they use the eggs for the tarts. No artificial flavourings and colorings. I like the thick crusty side and thin base of the tart. The tart itself is very aromatic even without the egg. Overall, it is comparable to many huge pastry shops' egg tarts.
