Delifrance (Closed)

Another of my mini bites favorites from Delifrance is their Mini Sultana Croissant. Small bite pieces which made the perfect light snack! At only RM2.50 per piece, it's definitely super affordable ! What more with it's buttery, flaky and crispy texture. My only complain is that they use the cheaper golden raisins instead of the dark, large juicy black ones.. Ah well!

Another of my favorite tart options from Delifrance The strawberry tart is generously topped with slices of REAL strawberries rather than just strawberry jam or fillings.. yaay for that! And then brushed with a thick layer of sugary syrup so that the strawberries tastes just right.. not too sweet nor too sourish (as originally strawberries tend to be a bit sourish). Loved it!

There is another type of Feuillette called the "Chicken Mushroom" Feuilette; which comes in creamy mushroom gravy sauce; as well as the "Chicken Curry" Feuilette in curry gravy and "Chicken Rendang" Feuilette in rendang gravy. This one is called just simple "Chicken Feuillete".. it's just simple stir fried Chicken. Pretty basic but pretty filling too, especially if you're a light eater. nice

Another of my all time mini bites from Delifrance is their Mini Lemon Custard Danish. The danish puff pastry is as usual made from delicious premium butter (super love it!) And the filling is actually creamy lemon custard.. not too sweet with a slightly sourish taste of lemon cream. Perfect to go in one bite, for me to munch around while going window shopping around the mall

Delifrance at Sogo Department Store has been around for as long as I can remember, for years now in fact. Of course, everyone goes there for their fabulous buttery croissants.. and so do I. One of my favorites and the most basic of all croissant types is thei Chicken Sausage Croissant. I prefer to have the mini types which I can have in one bite as a light snack while shopping around.
