Brussels Beer Café (Closed)

这个我在这里最大的惊喜，一条长面包夹着自製的匈牙利香腸，据说这条香肠重达一公斤，而且还是号称全馬最巨的香肠，全是用了最顶级的肉打碎制成，分量十足，满足了四人份刚刚好。

这里的和一般的Creme Brulee做法相似，都是采用香草，creme和鸡蛋做成的。而最特别的就是这里的厨师在里面加了薄荷，所以吃起來没有将膩，口感也相当清新，然后再在上面烧一层焦糖。

Beer Food PlatterThe platter is a combination of roast pork, calamari, bacon wrapped cherries, meatballs and Belgium frites. I started with the Belgium frites and it tasted like thick cut fries with a few type of sauce to go with. Then slowly I move to roasted pork which is quite disappointing. Pork KnuckleThe giant size pork knuckle is definite a dish meant to be share with friend, so don't accept any challenge to finish it on your own! The crispy skin attached to the meat is appetizing and the meat is juicy and tender. Was there last night with colleague after work for a late night snack. It was my first time ordering this beer. Saw it at their tap and decide to give it a shot.
