Caramel Ribbon (nearest cup, scoop on the top)- As much as upholding its graceful name, the taste is not bad at all. It is essentially white chocolate ice cream with crunchy honeycomb candy pieces and a caramel ribbon. Texture is rich and creamy, with a little exceeding level of sweetness from honeycomb and caramel sauce. Sinful but yummy.Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (nearest cup, scoop on the bottom)- Another classic chocolate flavoured ice cream that is a must try. Rich, creamy and a little too

BR serves pretty good version of Japanese green tea ice cream. My friend gave me a treat and I picked my favourite flavour. The texture is richer and creamier than the usual ones out there, while having a fresh and adequate matcha taste. It has a little milk aftertaste to it, probably due to the richness from the cream. It taste a little sweeter than others, but at least not way too sweet. I am very satisfied with this flavour.

Chocolate mousse and strawberry ice-cream – Initially wanted to get the rump and raisin but they ran out of stock. So ended up choosing strawberry as a substitute. Chocolate mousse ice-cream has a pieces of chocolates slices in it making it even more chocolaty! Similarly for strawberry ice cream, it has actually strawberry fruit in it giving it a distinct texture as compared to other ice-cream chains. The ice-cream doesn’t melt easily and doesn’t have a strong milk taste which suits me just fine
