is famous restaurant in sri petaling , i order chicken rice  .meatball and fresh prawn wanton noodle soup , food is ok fresh , i like to eat the noodle and meatball is yummy ,service is abit slow only 1 chinnese worker request chilipadi deny to give need to ask few time.  

New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice 新怡保鸡饭店 is at sri petaling and nice to see here hvae the chicken rice. the normal range of chicken rice and claim to be the new trend of ipoh chicken rice. saw many people dining in and really that good. just average on the taste . the whole kampung chicken is not that large portion and far more expensive and the soup is tasty

I think New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice really prepared this well. You can either order the roasted chicken on it's own or request it to be placed atop individual plates of oily rice; typical chicken rice style. What i like about the roasted chicken is that it's roasted well.. the skin is crispy whilst the meat is tender. I also love the dark chicken-soy-oil-sauce drizzled generously on top, which further enhances the Roasted Fortune Chicken's taste

As an Ipoh girl, I'm understandably super particular about bean sprouts. They must taste exactly like how it tasted like in Ipoh! ^_^ And I'm happy to report I'm not disappointed. They really know how to choose their bean sprouts supplier (or they grow their own maybe ?) Fat, crispy and crunchy.. every bite was a joy especially when taken together with the oily rice. The salted fish further boosts it's aroma and taste. Thumbs up!

Steamed Lala is actually another pretty popular street hawker fare originating from Ipoh; and at New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice this dish certainly do not disappoint. As it's name implies, it's steamed.. hence a more healthier version than stir fry Lalas which still uses oil. I love ginger (so healthy!) and this dish is certainly sprinkled generously with lots and lots of em'. The sauce base that goes along with this Steamed Lala dish is fantastic too!

This is the dry version of the more popular, more well-known soup Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun. It's basically the same hor fun, the same ingredients.. just minus the soup. Instead cooked hor fun is drained and place onto a plate with light soy sauce, oil and dark soy sauce before everything is mixed together. Personally I much prefer the soup version because I find their dry version a tad too oily.. as well as the hor fun being overtly wet... Just average for me.

Actually this ain't bad as a snack or as a side dish.. just something extra to munch on the side. Sliced rings of calamaris are covered fully in batter before being deep fried till golden brown. It's crunchy both inside out.. really not bad.. and the calamaris do not taste as tough and hard as some other deep fried calamaris I have had. Deep em' into mayo or chili sauce.. tastes nicer! ^_^

here in new restaurant ipoh chicken rice i like the most is the chicken meat and also this soup noodle. taste with the steamed sliced chicken inside and the sweet taste of the soup here. in this restaurant also uses all the organic kampung chicken are bred in an environment where they canOriginal chicken for 3 persons @ RM17 ~ The taste is quite good, much better than chicken rice shop. And I just love the ginger on top.

came here to the new restaurant chicken rice and try the combo meal for RM29.90 that includes a bowl of soup (with two huge fishballs & meatballs), a plate of bean sprouts, roasted pork, steamed chicken, and 2 Hainanese chicken rice), the fishball soup is nice and fresh. and the soup is tasty as well, portion of the fishball is really alot and good to have this for lunch

another famous chicken rice that are in the trend now is the 1977 Ipoh Chicken Rice . i came here to dine in for their chicken meat and also the cha siew as recommended and i find it not bad the taste and the serving is quite ok enough for one person. the service is just average and during lunch time is quite pack. the cha siew meat is lean and juicy with some added cha siew sauces

here in 197 ipoh chicken rice can get the sam quality as in ipoh? i will said no. because there in ipoh is original taste of the steamed chicken can never be beaten for their choices and good quality of food there. in klang valley i can find this chicken rice in usj, and i try the bowl of the pork ball. quite ok the portion and the soup is tasty. not salty and the pork ball is delicious

come over the authentic taste at New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice.very famous since 1977 as their history but i prefer the nam heong restaurant . probably their steamed chicken taste better. here the chicken meat is average and i prefer they added more soy sauce and the chili is just average not as spicy as i expected. service is pretty good and they decorate well the restaurant

Since its first shop in 1977, New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice has made a name for itself and this Ipoh specialty with the choices of food of the steamed chicken, bean sprouts, pork balls, chicken rice and even Hor Fun noodle. i pick up the hor fun noodle as my last choice as i am craving for noodles. i love the soup very sweet taste with the prawn head left over taste that makes the soup so tasty

When I heard that the New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice expanded it's wings from its' original HQ at Jalan Gasing, I was so happy.. especially since I used to stay at Old Klang Road and this branch is so much nearer! I loved their Chicken Rice because the chicken's so tender and cooked to perfection (much prefer the Organic Kampung Chicken coz' it's leaner and less fatty than regular chicken). 看店名可能误会是怡保的鸡饭店，其实不是，而是在Kl 的！想吃怡保闻名的鸡饭不用那么费神驾车去了，现在不妨来这里尝尝。这里有分两种鸡，一个是普通的另外一个是organic 鸡。organic 鸡比普通的贵上一倍，因为肉质会比较好吃。它的饭瞒不错的很想蒜和牛油味，鸡肉上都会淋上激姜末，大致上还不错。
