这些低卡路里的水饺,只采用有机大白菜,不但甜美还能达到减肥的作用哦!

Ingredient for 100 dumplings | 材料 可制100颗水饺 2 packs Dumpling Skin | 水饺皮 2包, 1000g Minced Chicken | 鸡肉碎 100g, 600g Cabbage | 高丽菜 (包菜) 600g, 1 stalk Green Onion | 青葱 1 根, 1 tsp Ginger Paste | 姜末 1 茶匙, 2 tbsp Rice Wine | 米酒 2汤匙, 3 tbsp Water | 水 3汤匙, 2 tbsp Sesame oil | 麻油 2汤匙, 2-3 tsp Salt | 盐 2-3 茶匙 (视个人口味调整咸度), 1 tsp Sugar | 糖 1茶匙, 1/4 tsp White pepper | 胡椒粉 1/4茶匙

Method | 做法:
1. Mixed mince chicken with rice wine, water until water fully absorb by chicken.
将米酒和水加入鸡肉里,然后搅拌至完全吸收水分。

2. Then add in cabbage, green onion, ginger paste, sesame oil, sea salt, sugar and white pepper and mixed well.
加入高丽菜、青葱、姜末、麻油、盐、糖和胡椒粉搅拌均匀。

3. Lay the minced into the dumpling skin, and cover it.
将肉馅加入水饺皮中,在水饺皮沾点水,再折4折即可。

4. Add in 1 tablespoon in boiling water, slowly pour the dumpling and till cook.
在滚水里加入一汤匙盐,慢慢将水饺煮熟即可。
