Aloe Vera juice. I have been addicted to Taang ShiFu aloe vera juice ever since I tried it the first time. That day, after Legoland and I was feeling very heaty, I went into Taang ShiFu and ordered this drink. The ambiance was good and the seats were comfy. When the aloe vera juice arrived, I stirred it evenly. There were a few pieces of aloe vera in it, soft and sweet.

如果你们想吃比较清淡的话可以吃这个瑶柱鲍汁溜面线套餐。这个面线是干的，面线烫过水后再淋上干贝碎和鲍鱼汁。面线煮得不会过火候，条条分明，鲍鱼汁吃起来一点都不会腥。

这里有间店卖非常有益的汤料的汤师父，我觉得这里的干贝粥套餐很不错。这个干贝吃起来不会很腥，因为干贝和枸杞吃起来很甜。这个粥很甜我最喜欢的就是上面的银鱼一点都没有骨，非常的脆！

你不要以为茄子很简单的菜肴煮不出什么好吃的，你可是会因此错过咯。茄子稍微炸过，然后用XO酱干贝煮猪肉碎，然后再焖煮茄子，酱汁渗入茄子里。这道才非常的足够我陪饭吃呢。

来到这里吃的都是好料-包括这道当归卤肉糙米饭。众所周知卤肉味道很浓现在老板再利用当归烹调出来的味道更有层次感。而且就连饭都是很健康的糙米饭，这锅饭一定得吃啊。

现在大家都为生活打拼而到别的省或飘洋过海的，大家忙碌着工作都不能喝上好汤，这间汤师父可是大家可以到来的好去处。以养生保健为主的这里，我最喜欢的是花旗参乌鸡补汤，除了药材的功效，乌鸡也是非常的进补的。

Sliced pork with di huang sauce. The dish came with cabbage, pickles and sweet sauce. The presentation of the pork slices were not too good. It was thickly cut, and the fats were a lot. I had to separate out the fats because it was just too much and fattening. The gravy was slightly salty. The pork smell was slightly strong too and I do not like it. I had to put a lot of sweet sauce to mask it.

Mee suah with dried scallop and abalone slices. The dish also came with broccoli and a piece of mushroom. The mee suah portion was a lot. I mixed it up with the dried scallop and it became salty. The mee suah was springy and has a very "clear" taste. The abalone slices were springy and no fish taste. The dried scallop was very fragrant and salty. The mushroom was juicy.
